A wrought iron fence surrounding a cemetery plot
While this appears to be a moon lit scene, this photo was actually taken on a bright sunny day.
I under exposed the shot with a fast shutter speed. I also dropped the white balance temperature which gave me this cool blue hue. The result transformed the scene a spooky night scene.
